In these cases, we are selling or transferring our services or our rights and obligations that we may have under a contractual agreement with you. Please be sure to read the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice carefully before providing any personal information to any other organization’s website as we accept no responsibility or liability for any other organization’s website.

Google reCaptcha service

We use the Google reCaptcha service to determine whether a human or a computer makes a specific entry in our contact form. Social media functionalities

Our websites may contain social media functionalities such as Instagram, YouTube, which have their own data protection notices.

We can use the following plugins on our websites: Instagram, YouTube. If you do not want social networks to collect data about you via active plugins, you can select the “Block third-party cookies” function in your browser settings. The browser then does not send cookies to the server when content from other providers is embedded. However, with this setting, other cross-site functions may no longer work in addition to the plugins.

If these plugins are activated, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network as soon as you visit a page on our website. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the social network to your browser and integrated into the website. By integrating the plugins, the social network receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page on our website. If you are logged in to the social network, it can assign the visit to your account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the YouTube “Like” button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to the social network and stored there. The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by social networks as well as your related rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the data protection information of the respective networks or websites. The links to this can be found below.

Even if you are not logged in to the social networks, websites with active social plugins can send data to the networks. An active plugin sets a cookie with an identifier every time the website is accessed. Because your browser uses this cookie every time it connects to a network server, it basically creates a profile of which websites the user associated with the identifier has accessed. It would be possible to assign this identifier to a person again when you later log in to the social network.

Integration of Instagram plugins

Plugins from the social network Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA (“Instagram”) may also be integrated into this website. You can recognize the Instagram plugin by the “Instagram button” on our site. If you click the “Instagram button” while you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of our pages on your Instagram profile. This allows Instagram to assign your visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Instagram. Further information can be found in Instagram’s privacy policy: https://help.instagram.com/.

Integration of YouTube plugins

This website also contains plugins from the social network YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066 USA (“YouTube”). If you click the “YouTube button” while you are logged into your YouTube account, you can link the content of our pages to your YouTube profile. This allows YouTube to assign your visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by YouTube. Further information can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/youtube.
